As part of this special, you will receive the following at your appointment at Active Life Chiropractic
✅ SoftWave™ Consultation: Lets us know where you’re experiencing pain and symptoms and how it has been affecting your daily life. The doctor will go over health and family history to help determine the underlying causes.
✅ Evaluation: We will do an evaluation of the area in pain or discomfort to make sure that SoftWave™ Therapy is the best treatment protocol for your unique situation.
✅ SoftWave™ Therapy Treatment: An FDA cleared non-invasive and drug-free treatment for inflammation, chronic pain, soft tissue and joint injuries. This first treatment of 300 pulses will allow us to get biofeedback from your body that we call indicators. This will give us insight to correct the issue and demonstrate how it can create relief in the affected areas.
✅ Doctor's Report of Findings and PLAN: Together the doctor will go over the findings and explain in detail the various SoftWave™ Therapy treatment options and determine what's right for you.
